چکیده

The paper continues the rigorous investigations of the mean field Green function solution of the effective two-dimensional two-band Hubbard model [N.M. Plakida et al., Phys. Rev. B, 51, 16599 (1995)] of the superconducting phase transitions in cuprates, started in [Gh. Adam, S. Adam, J.Phys.A: Math. Theor., 40, 11205 (2007)]. Discussion of the (δ, T ) phase diagram of the model points to the divergence of the energy spectrum in the limit of vanishing doping δ. Finite energy spectra at all possible doping rates δ are obtained provided the hopping part of the effective Hamiltonian is renormalized with an effective factor pointing to the site-pairs availability for fermion hopping processes.

Understanding HTS cuprates based on the phase string theory of doped antiferromagnet

We present a self-consistent RVB theory which unifies the metallic (superconducting) phase with the half-filling antiferromagnetic (AF) phase. Two crucial factors in this theory include the RVB condensation which controls short-range AF spin correlations and the phase string effect introduced by hole hopping as a key doping effect. We discuss both the uniform and non-uniform mean-field solution...

اثر قدرت دوپارش و انرژی پرش پیوندهای شانه‌ای بر رسانش و چگالی حالت‌های الکترونی بسپارهای پلی‌استیلن-مانند

In this paper, we study the electronic conductance and density of states for a comb-like polymer with periodic hopping energies in the tight-binding approach. Electron transmission coefficient and density of states are analytically calculated by using Green’s function of the system. The results show that the electronic conductance spectrum has one energy gap in the absence of carbon-hydrogen b...

ترابرد الکترونی نانوسیم‌های مولکولی با در نظر گرفتن انرژی پرش الکترون بین همسایه-های دوم

In this paper, we study the electronic conductance of molecular nanowires by considering the electron hopping between the first and second neighbors with the help Green’s function method at the tight-binding approach. We investigate three types of structures including linear uniform and periodic chains as well as poly(p-phenylene) molecule which are embedded between two semi-infinite metallic l...

Spin-Fluctuation Mechanism of Superconductivity in Cuprates

Normal and superconducting state spectral properties of cuprates are theoretically described within the extended t-J model. The method is based on the equations of motion for projected fermionic operators and the mode-coupling approximation for the self-energy matrix. The dynamical spin susceptibility at various doping is considered as an input, extracted from experiments. The analysis shows th...
